About Manhattan Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Philip Miller
Dr. Philip J Miller specializes exclusively in facial plastic and cosmetic surgery, and has over 20 years experience. He is recognized as an expert in rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation procedures and is frequently invited to share his specific techniques with his peers at national facial plastic surgery meetings. Most recently, Dr. Miller spoke at the 10th International Symposium of Facial Plastic Surgery and lectured on innovative rhinoplasty techniques. He has been voted among the Best Doctors in America consistently since 2007 and Top Doctor of New York.
Dr. Miller has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and a guest examiner for the American Board of Otolaryngology. He has published original articles in peer reviewed facial plastic surgery journals and has authored numerous manuscript chapters. He was recently invited to serve as a guest editor of the monographs Facial Plastic Surgery and Clinics of Facial Plastic Surgery and written chapters for rhinoplasty and neck rejuvenation textbooks. He has presented papers at regional and national meetings and served as a visiting Professor both in the United States and England. Dr. Miller graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. Dr. Miller served his Internship and Residency in General Surgery and his Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery Residency at New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Miller served as a Fellow in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Oregon Health Science University, Portland, Oregon. He is board certified in both Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Miller is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology, New York University School of Medicine, and shares the responsibility for teaching Facial Plastic Surgery to the medical students and Otolaryngology Residents. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, a Diplomate of the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

About Dr. Douglas Steinbrech, Body & Breast Surgeon
Dr. Steinbrech is a Board Certified plastic surgeon who specializes in body and breast procedures such as breast augmentation and liposuction as well as minimally invasive aesthetics. He was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons under the American Board of Medical Specialties.
He was chosen as one of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons by the Consumers’ Research Council of America Surgical Training. Dr. Steinbrech trained in surgery for eight years at New York University in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. In addition, he underwent training at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital by the iconic surgeons such as McCarthy, Baker, Tabbal, Aston, and Pittman.
Dr. Steinbrech has done extensive surgical research, and was the lead author in ten peer-reviewed publications and co-author in over forty others. He has been awarded grants from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation.
Dr. Steinbrech's clinical appointments include Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, New York University Downtown Hospital, and Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Steinbrech educates the NYU Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residents at Bellevue Hospital and the Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital Fellows.
He is involved in several philanthropic organizations including Smile Train, Rx: Art, The National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction, and The Lenox Hill House.
