A common question from patients interested in Rhinopasty is, “Doctor will you be breaking my nose?” Although Rhinoplasty does involve cutting the nose, the surgeon is not “ aggressively breaking” the bone in the nose. In-fact only 1/3 of the nose is comprised of bone. The procedure is more about repositioning nose to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
