This 44 year old female had undergone 4 previous rhinoplasties to correct her droopy tip. All were unsuccessful. She was ultimately referred to Dr. Miller who performed her revision rhinoplasty in 45 minutes, with twilight anesthesia and a "closed" or endonasal approach.
