Spring has finally arrived in New York and along with it the warmer temperatures, but for some New Yorkers that also means they need to worry about excessive sweating. Known as Hyperhidrosis, it’s estimated that 1 – 3% of Americans are affected with this disorder. Typically we think of Botox for removing our facial wrinkles, but it is also a great treatment for controlling underarm sweat. Even people who don’t fall within the category of “excessive” sweating are finding the benefits of Botox for their underarms to be a great solution for controlling their perspiration.
